General - Applicable to all
- Every participant from the community engaging in GSB Mandal's events is required to strictly follow the prescribed code of conduct.
- Utilize GSB Mandal's resources judiciously and refrain from any misuse of the provided facilities.
- Display a sense of compassion and respect in your interactions with others.
- Treat every individual with equal respect.
- Demonstrate care for children and senior citizens, making their needs a priority.
- Refrain from using inappropriate language or gestures.
- When inviting individuals from outside the GSB community to our open-for-all events, please ensure that they adhere to the established rules.
For Members
- All members are expected to maintain discipline during meetings.
- All members are required to attend meetings punctually.
- Ensure that all members take turns and provide opportunities for everyone to speak during meetings and discussions.
- Show respect to the chairperson conducting the meeting and express your viewpoints in a courteous manner.
- Make sure to meet the minimum attendance requirement, if applicable, to avoid any potential consequences.
- Strictly follow the communication protocols set and updated by the Mandal.
- You must adhere to all confidentiality guidelines set forth by the Mandal.
- You are expected to honor individual privacy and safeguard the rights of fellow members.
- You are required to exercise your voting rights impartially and without bias.
- You are required to uphold respect for the decisions of the Managing Committee. Any grievances, suggestions, recommendations, or requests under the RTI shall be raised in accordance with the established communication protocols.
For Volunteers
- During all events, it is compulsory to wear the provided badges / i-cards.
- Carry out your duties with a compassionate approach and active engagement.
- Take responsibility for your tasks and carry them out with unwavering dedication.
- Keep your team members informed about your availability or absence through effective communication.
- Do not transport or take along any items or resources belonging to the Mandal without obtaining prior permission.
- Adhere strictly to the rules established for each event or activity and ensure that others also comply.
The Managing Committee of GSB Mandal reserves the authority to terminate or revoke the membership or volunteer status of any individual if they violate the rules or terms at any time.
